Or are these common golf injuries hurting your performance on the course:
- Is your back stiffness and back pain with golf causing shorter tee shots and causing you to end rounds early?
- Is your frustrating elbow pain (tennis elbow or golfer's elbow) resulting in poor quality iron shots because you're worried that taking a good divot will be painful?
- Are your knees too painful or "giving out" during your swing, preventing you from swinging to your potential?
- Will your shoulder pain and stiffness make your slice worse, robbing you of much needed distance?
- Is your lack of golf flexibility holding you back from a fuller turn, and causing you to lose distance?

3 Main Physical Limitations Cause Most of Your Pain and Limit Your Golf Performance:
- Limited Flexibility/ Mobility: "stiffness", "tightness", and just "not feeling loose enough" are all different ways of saying that your mobility is limited, meaning stiffness in your back, knee, shoulder, neck or even hips are preventing you from making a proper swing, and causing you to lose distance
- Limited Stability: you can't build a great home without a solid foundation. And you can't build a great golf swing without a solid foundation of proper strength and stability in your knees, hips, and core muscles. Weakness in any of these areas will cause excessive and unnecessary movement in your swing (swaying side to side or being unable to maintain proper posture), and will cause inconsistency and loss of distance
- Limited Endurance: do you seem to "lose it" on the back 9 after feeling good on the front 9? You didn't forget how to swing a golf club. Maybe the beverages contributed a little, but for the most part it means that your golf muscles got tired because they don't have the endurance they need to finish the round strong. That loss of distance and control on the back 9 is very frustrating, and very fixable!
